This website is operated by Sage Wonder Press (trading as EYclue). We provide an early years toolkit for childcare providers, including curriculum builders, evidence logs, funding records, celebration boards and downloadable templates aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and organised using EYclue’s own practice themes.

By using the site, creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you are using the site on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

You may use the site and its free tools for your own setting's planning and record-keeping. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information in any forms or account details you complete.
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share your account with others.
• Not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape its content at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
• Not upload malware, probe for vulnerabilities, or interfere with the service's security.

Paid downloads (pay-as-you-go passes), memberships and whole-setting licences are charged at the prices shown at the point of purchase. Memberships renew monthly unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

All payments are processed by Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles the order, billing, taxes and any refund requests on our behalf, and Paddle's own buyer terms apply to your purchase. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid products — see our Refund Policy for how to request a refund via paddle.net.

Payment processing, billing, tax, invoicing, subscription management, refunds and related buyer support are handled by our online reseller, Paddle.com. By placing an order you agree to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Curriculum documents, evidence logs and other files you generate using your own entries belong to you and may be used freely within your setting. Only record what actually happened; do not create material solely for inspection. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping any child-level data in your downloads secure in line with data protection law and your setting's policies.

You grant us a limited licence to host and process the information you enter solely so we can provide the service and generate your downloads.

The site's design, text, templates, branding and software are the property of Sage Wonder Press. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have selected.

You may not:

• Resell, republish or redistribute our template files as competing products.
• Reverse engineer, copy or circumvent any technical limits of the service.
• Use the service in a way that infringes anyone else's intellectual property rights.

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

EYclue is an independent resource for understanding and improving practice, not an official Ofsted or DfE framework or a substitute for statutory guidance and professional judgement. Always check the current EYFS statutory framework and Ofsted inspection material for your setting's obligations.

To the extent permitted by law, Sage Wonder Press is not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (such as loss of profits, data or goodwill) arising from your use of the site. Our aggregate liability is capped at the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including fraud, death or personal injury.

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay charges when due, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. On termination, your right to use the service ends; you remain responsible for charges already incurred.

You agree to indemnify Sage Wonder Press for claims arising from your content, unlawful use of the service, or breach of these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
